Nick was easy to work with, gave us a quick estimate, worked with our schedule, and had an amazing team that got our job done quickly. Dennis, the tile layer we received for our job, was answered all of our questions patiently and was very professional. We had one small issue, which he happily resolved with no questions asked. After interviewing numerous contractors for some extensive remodeling of a few rental properties I own, I chose Smith & Smith Construction to do the work. I've worked with many contractors in the past on other remodels, so I have various experiences on which to compare this one to. The owner Nick was hands on during the entire phrase of construction which was refreshing. He had new innovative ideas I would never have thought of, and some even cost less than the original estimate!! He listened to any concerns I had, and worked with me on any last minute changes I wanted to incorporate. The projects were all completed on time and actually under budget!! Highly recommend this company for any construction you may be considering!!

He worked with me through every difficult task and was amazing at problem solving issues. He has an expert under him in every field. The prices were perfect and kept to my budget.
